1. Can I use my existing phone number, email or chat account?

Absolutely! Your customers already know how and where to reach you. We simply enable your accounts with Skylar and you can continue to conduct regular business through your usual providers.

3. Can I switch Skylar off for specific conversations?

We know some conversations require a human touch. Let Skylar know which requests to foward your way and it will learn to do so. You can even set preferences on a per-customer basis so that some will only ever interact with you directly.

5. Can Skylar integrate with my existing system?

Skylar can integrate with compatible booking systems, CRMs or productivity applications. When plugged into your existing software environment and customer base Skylar becomes even more powerful. 2. What if Skylar doesn't have the answer?

While Skylar will do its best to be helpful, sometimes it just won't know what to do. In these instances it will nudge you to take over and will follow up with you to learn how to handle such requests in the future.

4. Should I worry that using an AI might seem impersonal to customers?

Skylar is not meant to replace a live person and is very upfront about being a digital assistant. It handles repetitive tasks so you and your staff can focus on solving creative problems.
